Description
A forecast for heavy rain over the next few days has Alberta Environment’s River Forecast Centre predicting an increased flow in both rivers that could raise the groundwater table.

That could see basements flooding in low-lying areas in these neighbourhoods:

Bowness, Parkdale Sunnyside, Chinatown, Eau Claire, City Hall, East Village, Hillhurst, Downtown, Inglewood, Bonnybrook, Riverdale, Elbow Park, Stanley Park, Parkhill, Rideau Park, Mission, and Roxboro.
